In the case of using a saw blade for dry cutting of iron and steel materials, the regular carbide tips tend to lose their hardness and wear out quickly due to the heat generated during the cutting process. This ultimately results in a shortened service lifetime. However, we have found a solution to this problem by using high-quality cermet tips from Japan. These tips have superior heat resistance and can effectively double the cutting life of the saw blade, and in some cases, even more than that.
